Sell AI readiness without building the reporting
Clients are starting to ask why ChatGPT does not mention them. Answer it with a measured report instead of an opinion, on every domain you run, every week, with your name on the PDF.

What a domain run finds that a page scan cannot
The Site Health Report crawls the domain, classifies every page by type, and runs a second tier of checks that only make sense across a whole site.
AI access map
One grid showing which of eight AI crawlers your robots.txt actually admits, per bot: GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, anthropic-ai, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and CCBot. WAF blocks show up here too, which is where most surprises come from.
llms.txt coverage
Whether the file exists, whether it parses, and whether the pages you would want quoted are actually listed in it. Missing homepages and product pages get named.
Schema consistency
Structured data drifts template by template. We group pages by type and flag the templates where the markup is missing on some pages and present on others.
Section grades
We cluster the site into its real sections - blog, docs, product, marketing - and grade each one separately, so a strong blog stops hiding a weak product area.
Rendering gap across templates
A JavaScript rendering problem is almost never one page. Site analysis shows you which templates carry it and how many pages sit behind each one.
Run-over-run deltas
Each weekly run is diffed against the last: score movement, pages that got better or worse, and issue counts per metric. That diff is the client email.
How it fits a retainer
- 01
Add the client domain
Verify it once. We discover the URL set from the sitemap, the feeds, and a bounded crawl, then classify each page by type.
- 02
Let the weekly run do the work
Site analysis runs every week on its own, up to 5,000 pages per run on Agency. You do not schedule anything.
- 03
Hand over the PDF
Export the Site Health Report white-labelled, with your name on it instead of ours. Score, breakdowns, prioritized fix checklist, and the run-over-run delta.
- 04
Prove the fix landed
Re-scan after the work ships. The delta between runs is the before-and-after you would otherwise assemble by hand.
Pro or Agency
The split is domain count and whose name is on the report.

Questions people ask
- How is this different from running scans one page at a time?
- A single-URL scan tells you about that URL. A domain run discovers the site, classifies every page by type, clusters it into sections, and answers questions that only exist at site level: does robots.txt admit each AI crawler, does llms.txt cover the pages worth quoting, which template is missing its schema, which section is dragging the average down.
- What does white-label actually change?
- Your company name replaces GenReady throughout the exported PDF, so the document goes straight to the client without an intermediate rebuild step. It is on the Agency plan.
- Can I drive this from my own reporting stack?
- Yes. The REST API returns the same analysis the dashboard shows, and there is an MCP server if you would rather have an agent run it. Agency includes 3,000 calls a month, Pro includes 500.
- What if I only manage a couple of sites?
- Then Pro is the right plan: 3 monitored domains, weekly site analysis, full recommendations, PDF export, 500 API calls. Agency exists for the point where you are running 10 domains and want your own branding on the output.
- Do scans count against a quota?
- No. Scanning and scoring are unlimited on every plan, free included. What the paid plans buy is the ongoing relationship with a domain: recurring runs, trends, alerts, fix verification, and the recommendations that say what to do.
