    Terms of Service

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GenReady (genready.ai), operated by Super Easy EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria.

    By accessing or using GenReady, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

    1. About the service

    GenReady is an AI readiness analysis tool that helps website owners understand how well their content is structured for discovery and citation by AI systems, including AI search engines, language models, and autonomous agents.

    The service includes:

    • Website scanning and AI readiness analysis
    • Detailed reports with scores, recommendations, and benchmarks
    • Scan history and progress tracking
    • API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) access
    • Blog and help center content

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old to use GenReady. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

    If you are using GenReady on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

    3. Your account

    To access certain features, you need to create an account. You are responsible for:

    • Keeping your login credentials secure
    • All activity that occurs under your account
    • Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

    You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    4. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • Abuse the service - submit excessive automated requests, attempt to overload our infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits
    • Scan websites you don't own or have permission to scan - GenReady is designed for website owners to analyze their own sites
    • Reverse engineer - attempt to extract source code, algorithms, or proprietary methods from the service
    • Interfere with security - probe for vulnerabilities, bypass authentication, or exploit any bugs
    • Misrepresent yourself - create fake accounts, impersonate others, or provide false information
    • Use the service for illegal purposes - including violating any applicable local, national, or international laws

    We reserve the right to block or restrict access to anyone who violates these rules, without prior notice.

    5. Intellectual property

    5.1 Our content

    The GenReady website, application, design, logos, text, graphics, and underlying technology are owned by Super Easy EOOD and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

    5.2 Your content

    You retain ownership of any data you submit to GenReady (URLs, website content). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service to you.

    5.3 Analysis reports

    The reports, scores, and recommendations generated by GenReady are provided for your use. You may share, reference, or publish your own reports. You may not resell or redistribute our analysis methodology, scoring system, or proprietary benchmarks as a competing service.

    6. Service availability

    We strive to keep GenReady available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

    7. Pricing and payments

    7.1 Plans and pricing

    GenReady offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Current pricing is published on our pricing page. We reserve the right to update pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

    7.2 Merchant of record

    All payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as our merchant of record. When you purchase a paid plan, your transaction is handled by Polar, and Polar's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the payment. Polar handles billing, invoicing, VAT/sales tax collection, and currency conversion on our behalf.

    7.3 Subscription billing

    Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis - either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you choose at checkout. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the current rate for your plan at each renewal.

    7.4 Overage charges

    Some paid plans allow usage beyond your included monthly limits at published overage rates. Overage charges are billed at the end of your billing cycle. Current overage rates are listed on the pricing page.

    7.5 Refunds and cancellations

    We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase. After the 14-day period, no refunds are available. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

    8. Disclaimer of warranties

    GenReady is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

    • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
    • That the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
    • That analysis results, scores, or recommendations will be accurate, complete, or lead to specific outcomes

    Our analysis reports are informational tools, not guarantees. Improving your GenReady score does not guarantee improved visibility in AI search results, as AI systems are controlled by third parties.

    9. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Easy EOOD and its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

    • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
    • Business interruption
    • Costs of substitute services

    Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Easy EOOD from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

    • Your use of the service
    • Your violation of these Terms
    • Your violation of any third-party rights

    11. Third-party services

    GenReady integrates with third-party services (AI providers, hosting, email). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

    12. Privacy

    Your use of GenReady is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

    13. Modifications to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the site or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    14. Termination

    You may stop using GenReady and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

    Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law).

    15. Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of GenReady shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

    If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence and benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law.

    16. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

    17. Entire agreement

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Super Easy EOOD regarding your use of GenReady, superseding any prior agreements.
