Scheduled Scans: Monitoring Pages Automatically
Rescan important pages daily, weekly or monthly so you see when a deploy, a CMS change or a new firewall rule hurts your AI readiness.
What scheduled scans do
A scheduled scan reruns the analysis of one page on a fixed cadence. Each run produces a normal report, so you can compare results over time and spot the day something changed.
AI readiness breaks quietly. A redesign moves content behind JavaScript, a security plugin starts blocking GPTBot, a CMS update drops your schema markup. None of these produce an error you would notice. A scheduled scan catches them within one cycle.
Set one up
- Open Scheduled scans and click Add scheduled scan.
- Enter the page URL.
- Choose a cadence: daily, weekly or monthly.
Scheduled scans are part of the paid plans, and each plan includes a set number of scan slots. See the pricing page for current limits.
When scans run

Which pages to schedule
Pick the pages you most want AI engines to cite, and the templates the rest of your site is built from:
- your homepage and main product or pricing page,
- one representative article or docs page per template,
- any page that has lost visibility before.
Scanning one page per template tells you about every page that uses it, which covers far more of your site than the number of slots suggests.

Schedule a daily scan of your homepage. Deploys and plugin updates break it more often than any other page, and a daily scan finds out the next morning.
